Thirty one in law enforcement and an additional 6 years in private investigations and private security. He spent twenty five and a half years with a large municipal police department located in Metropolitan NY where he retired at the rank of Captain. He then spent the other five and a half years as a Deputy Chief, and Chief Criminal Investigator of a large and busy district attorneys office, located in Metropolitan NY. Mr. Quin was involved in major long term investigations using the latest technology available to the law enforcement community. He has compiled numerous contacts, and that coupled with his knowledge of the law and surveillance procedures allows him to provide a level of service that is unsurpassed in the industry.
